Supply Chain Section Manager (Jurong Island/ Up To 6.5K/ Japanese Mnc)

Key Responsibilities • Verification of reports and expense invoices, etc • Verification of shipping arrangements • Random audit checks on daily stock takes. • Make sure all external correspondences are follow-up • Collect and share sales information internally. • Sales and stock analysis • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve sales, production & raw materials variants issues • Attend to all customer inquiries. • Manage and resolve all sales, stock, and delivery-related problems • Check on pricing and quotation of vendors • Encourage and monitor employee submission. • Provide guidance and coach the team to achieve targeted performance. • Conduct regular check-ins with the team and provide feedback on performance. • Conduct engagement activities and discuss the developmental needs of the team Requirements: • Min Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration • 5-8 years of relevant experience with at least three years in a similar capacity • Knowledge of international trading and supply chain management • Familiar with ERP systems • Strong analytical skills to support decision making.
