Responsibilities/JobDuties: Support revenue growth through the sale of company products and services Identify customer needs and prepare sales proposals and quotations. Learn and apply fundamental sales techniques to engage customers and support deal closure. Manage the sales process, including lead follow‑up, customer communications, and documentation. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and responsive support. Support the management and growth of relationships with existing customers by providing timely communication and coordination. Prepare, track, and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and tenders under the guidance of senior sales team members. Assist in price discussions, payment terms, delivery schedules, and basic contract conditions, escalating complex negotiations when required. Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities. Support the achievement of agreed sales targets and gross margin objectives through effective execution of assigned sales activities. Maintain accurate sales records and reports in accordance with company procedures. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Preferably with knowledge of OCTG specifications, understanding of API standards and quality document and ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Flexible to travel to meet business demands.
