Job Descriptions 1. Accounts Receivable · Prepare and issue CTS (Counselling & Therapy Session) invoices · Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices · Liaise with CTS Admin to resolve invoice discrepancies or issues 2. Accounts Payable · Accurately record payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) · Maintain and update the monthly payment listing 3. General · Support department goals through timely and accurate processing of AR/AP tasks · Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Basic accounting knowledge or accounting background - Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Office applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good organisational and time management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Work Schedule: 2 days per week (part-time); From 1 August to 31 December 2026 Remuneration: $20-$25 per hour
