Operations Executive

TS Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our assigned site. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operational workflows by coordinating maintenance activities, housekeeping services, and site administration while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operational workflows. Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, servicing, and rectification works. Handle operational correspondence, including emails, reports, incident updates, and tenant/client communications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Coordinate and monitor housekeeping operations and service standards. Maintain operational records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation. Follow up on maintenance issues, service disruptions, and operational escalations. Support administrative and operational duties as assigned. This role requires regular inspections of female residential accommodation and frequent engagement with female residents. Requirements Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC, GCE N/O Levels, Diploma, or Degree . Experience in operations, facilities management, property management, or a related field is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in event coordination or logistics is an added advantage.
