Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning): Job Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-offs using CostX, Glodon, or other equivalent quantity surveying software. Prepare and compile tender submissions, including cost estimates, quotations, price comparisons, and cost analyses for relevant trade works. Review tender documents, identify design discrepancies, and raise tender queries for clarification with relevant stakeholders. Manage tender correspondence, including addendums, revisions, and updates to tender documentation. Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender proposals, including tender qualifications and supporting documents. Maintain accurate tender records and ensure all submissions comply with project requirements and submission deadlines. Support the tendering process by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors where required. Perform other quantity surveying duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 2–3 years of experience in main building tender processes and/or main building projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to work with digital QS software such as CostX, Glodon, or other relevant systems.
