About this role
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a BPM Technician: Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, electrical panels, and automation systems to ensure optimal machine performance. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including maintenance of slip rings, vision systems, and program backups. Diagnose equipment faults using troubleshooting tools such as PLC data loggers and simulation software, and implement effective corrective actions. Support machine model changeovers and conduct machine and product quality verification after changeovers. Monitor, manage, and replenish spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock for maintenance activities. Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to 5S standards within assigned work areas. Ensure maintenance activities comply with company quality standards, QA/QC requirements, ISO procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Prepare maintenance reports, document troubleshooting findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the reporting manager. Job Requirements: NITEC, Higher NITEC, Work-Study Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC, Pro-face HMI, and Keyence Vision Systems will be an advantage. Ability to perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled production equipment and industrial automation systems is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for maintenance reporting and analysis. Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts and respond to urgent maintenance call-backs when required. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
