Service Crew (Fine Dining)

Responsibilities: Deliver professional and attentive table service, ensuring a warm and personalised guest experience Confidently present menus, introduce dishes, and recommend suitable beverage pairings Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt and seamless service delivery Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining environment Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests with care and efficiency Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow Handle guest feedback and service recovery in a professional and courteous manner Support restaurant opening and closing procedures in accordance with operational standards Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality or contemporary full-service restaurant operations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a team-player mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Well-groomed and professional appearance Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
