Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all banquet & event operations toensure successful execution and exceptional guest experiences Review banquet event orders and coordinate with relevant departments toensure event readiness Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown while maintainingcompany service and presentation standards Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the banquet team to deliver professionaland efficient service Monitor food and beverage quality, service delivery, and guestsatisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally Ensure banquet facilities, equipment, and inventory are maintained, organized,and ready for all events Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, company policiesand procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating eventperformance and implementing service enhancements Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned bythe Company Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, planning and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple events effectively Knowledge of banquet operations, food safety, hygiene standards, labor scheduling, and cost control Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Able to work on weekends & public holidays Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
