Service Crew

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions Restock and replenish service items as needed Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry Able to work on weekends and public holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
