Job Summary Primary responsibilities involve developing, implementing and executing TWG Tea sales action plans and strategies, to maintain positive current client relationships that are sustainable and beneficial to our Organization as well as developing new clients to contribute to the growth of our business. Ability to facilitate communication, contribute ideas about product differentiation, and operate as a liaison between clients and Management. Primary Relationships The position reports directly to the Sales Directors or Senior Sales Managers and indirectly to the Deputy Managing Director. Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the other Corporate Sales team members, Sales Logistics, Marketing, Tea Institute and Warehouse teams as well as TWGTea overseas partners and franchisees. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with our HORECA clients that carries TWG Tea products, both locally and overseas. Job Descriptions To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving. Manage corporate accounts / develop new business with corporate clients. Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact. Maintain and develop a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients. Assist in sales conferences, meetings and audits. Administer pre-sales activities of products and services such as quotations, enquiries, etc. Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders. Requirements Minimum Diploma Holder in related field. Prior experience in Sales, Relationship Management and/or Accounts Servicing is required. Experience in F&B /Luxury Goods/ Hotel industry will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French, etc.) is essential to liaise with a diverse background of clients (e.g. our franchise partners and their associates) Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented. Strong organizational, analytical skills and follow-up. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Positive and accurate representation of the brand at all times.
