Senior Strategic Account Executive

This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with some of Twilio's largest current Communications Platform customers, focusing on protecting and growing business across assigned accounts, particularly in India and Thailand enterprises. The executive will drive highly analytical and consultative sales cycles, requiring close partnership across internal cross-functional teams like product management, finance, support, and operations. Candidates must possess more than 10 years of combined experience in major or strategic sales, managing quantitative and highly analytical products, with specific experience supporting India and Thailand territories. Required competencies include accountability for relationship management, upsells/cross-sells, proven revenue delivery for large Asian enterprises, business forecasting using MEDDPICC, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
