Accounts Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of our financial operations and ensure our readiness for year-end audits. This is a crucial role for an individual who is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and is adept at handling diverse accounting functions within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the full set of accounts ( Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate and prepare comprehensive year-end audit schedules and documentation. Liaise effectively with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments. Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls within the finance department. Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties and assignments as needed. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualification. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
