Job Summary Join our team to deliver business and technology solutions for leading financial institutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project managers to analyse business needs and support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements to support project objectives Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements Analyse existing business processes to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement Support solution design by collaborating with technical teams and validating requirements Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business needs Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regional or multi-location projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery Prepare clear business documentation, process flows, and functional specifications to guide development and implementation Engage stakeholders effectively to resolve issues and support smooth project delivery Work within Agile/Scrum teams to manage priorities and deliver project milestones on schedule Manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment to meet project goals Required competencies and certifications 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry Experience in one or more of these domains: Wealth Management / Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments / Capital Markets, Digital Banking Experience with banking or investment platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, Margin Man, or FinIQ Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills applied to business analysis tasks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and decision-making Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Functional or technical experience with Avaloq platform Prior experience specifically in Banking or Wealth Management sectors Other Information U3 Privacy Notice: Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for Job Applicants/Seekers at https: //u3infotech.com/privacy-notice-job-applicants/.
