Material Handler Specialist, Operations

Job Summary Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, managing inventory counts, and ensuring accurate documentation using SAP and WMS systems to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Comply with all operating processes to maintain smooth warehouse operations Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters to resolve day-to-day operational issues Plan and schedule orders to fulfill customer shipment delivery and collection requirements on time Collect operational data and prepare accurate reports for management review Administer cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records Manage timely and orderly processing of all incoming shipments, including exchanges and returns Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted promptly Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Report receiving non-conformances promptly to the Executive for resolution Safely handle goods weighing approximately 15–20kg in compliance with workplace safety standards Execute outbound shipment transactions using the SAP system accurately Perform receiving transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience using and creating operations dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers Preferably 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply U3 Privacy Notice: Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for Job Applicants/Seekers at https://u3infotech.com/privacy-notice-job-applicants/.
