Sales Executive

Job Summary Drive sales growth by promoting and marketing training courses, identifying business opportunities, and managing client relationships to meet sales targets in a dynamic training services environment. Responsibilities Promote and market training courses and services to individuals and corporate clients to increase enrollment and revenue Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads to expand the client base Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service Provide professional advice on suitable training programs based on clients’ specific needs and objectives Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on enquiries promptly, and close sales effectively to achieve targets Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth course registration and timely delivery of training services Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company through strategic sales planning and execution Conduct engaging sales presentations and participate in networking events to promote the company’s offerings Handle customer enquiries professionally and deliver excellent after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction Prepare detailed sales reports and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making Perform additional duties assigned by management to support business objectives and team success Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to the training or education industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client engagement and sales activities Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
