We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service excellence, operational efficiency, and creating memorable experiences. This is a hands-on role that blends strong floor leadership with strategic oversight, and includes active involvement in planning and executing in-house events, seasonal promotions, and private functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow, consistent hospitality standards, and a safe, welcoming pet-friendly environment. Maintain a strong floor presence during service, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak periods. Oversee staff scheduling, daily briefings, and shift management to ensure operational efficiency and teamwork. Plan, coordinate, and execute events – including seasonal promotions, community engagements, and private functions – managing all related logistics and timelines. Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback or complaints, resolving issues effectively to protect and enhance the brand reputation. Build relationships with regular guests, event clients, and the local community to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure full compliance with all government health, safety, and sanitation regulations. performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Uphold company policies, service standards, and operational protocols across all shifts. Requirements 3–5 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for food, wine, hospitality – and comfort around pets. Computer literate with experience in POS and reservation systems. Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
