Assistance Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities for landed housing construction projects. Monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates. Support in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with design and specification. Assist in resolving site issues and providing technical support when needed. Ensure workplace safety procedures are properly implemented and maintained. Qualifications: Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Assistance Project Manager for landed housing projects. Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
