Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the construction of landed housing projects, including bungalows and semi-detached houses. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets. Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients. Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones. Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD). Qualifications: Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects. Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
