Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Perform accurate quantity take-off from construction drawings (architectural, structural). Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on latest drawings and site revisions. Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for tender and ongoing projects. Evaluate and verify subcontractors’ claims and quotations. Monitor project cost against budget and report cost variances. Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants. Assess Variation Orders (VO) and support documentation for submission. Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison. Coordinate with site team, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy. Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts. Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
