Senior Officer / Manager - Investment Finance Documentation

Prepare and verify credit and security documentation for various products while ensuring all approved terms are correctly reflected. Liaise with legal and compliance stakeholders to negotiate clauses and maintain master legal opinions across jurisdictions. Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in Private Bank credit documentation with a strong command of English. Candidates must be able to work independently and possess a deep understanding of Private Bank business operations.
