Sales & Marketing Executives, Outdoor (Construction Chemicals And Building Equipments)

Portfolios: Construction Chemicals / Machinery Sales and Rental KPI Target: -Sales goals of total amount both salary and allowance. Quarterly Work Bonus / Commission Working Hours : 6-day work per week Monday to Friday : 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM / Saturday : WFH Office Location: Woodlands Industrial Park Salary Remuneration: Monthly Salary up to $3,500 (including transport allowance) + High Commission + Bonus Job Requirements and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. * Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industries and territories. * Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions from our wide range of engineering and industrial supplies. * Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. * Work closely with internal teams (Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. * Provide market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback. * Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. * Must possess own car / motorbike.
