Student Incident Management • Respond promptly to student management cases, including: Theft,Physical altercations and fights, Bullying and cyberbullying incidents, Vandalism,Misconduct and breaches of school rules • Conduct preliminary investigations and establishtimelines of events. • Ensure all students involved are treated with fairness,respect, and confidentiality. 2. Investigation and Fact-Finding • Interview students involved in incidents usingappropriate questioning and communication techniques and Collect and reviewevidence where applicable. 3. Documentation and Reporting • Prepare clear, accurate, and professional investigationreports and Submit reports to KeyPersonnel (KPs) 4. 4. Student Engagement and Support • Build positive relationships with students to facilitateopen communication. QualificationSkill & Experience: 1. AcademicQualifications • Minimum Higher Nitec or GCE “O” Level with three or morepasses, including credit in English Language 2. Work Experience • Minimum 1 years of experience in similar fields. • Prior experience in MOE school environment is advantageous
