About this role

We are looking for a strong F&B Operations Manager to lead daily operations and support the growth of a fast-expanding restaurant group. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing multiple outlets, building strong teams, improving SOPs, and supporting new outlet openings. The right candidate should be hands-on, commercially sharp, and comfortable working across different F&B concepts such as restaurants, coffee, dessert, QSR, or franchise-style operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth service, food quality, and consistent standards. Lead and support Restaurant Managers, Outlet Managers, and operations teams. Drive operational efficiency, customer experience, sales performance, and profitability. Monitor P&L, labour cost, food cost, inventory, and overall outlet performance. Develop and improve SOPs, service standards, training processes, and operational workflows. Support new outlet openings, expansion projects, and concept rollouts. Work closely with marketing and management teams to improve sales and customer engagement. Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent quality, pricing, and purchasing standards. Ensure compliance with SFA, workplace safety, hygiene, and company requirements. Coach and develop teams to support business growth and long-term stability. Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of F&B operations experience. At least 3 years in a senior operations, area management, or multi-outlet leadership role. Experience in restaurant groups, QSR, coffee, dessert, franchise, or multi-concept F&B operations. Strong knowledge of P&L, cost control, labour planning, SOPs, and service standards. Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading outlet managers. New outlet opening or expansion experience will be a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
