Cook – Casual Dining Restaurant (Western)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cook to join our F&B team, preparing and cooking dishes to company standards while maintaining kitchen hygiene and supporting smooth service operations. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to company standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation Monitor food portioning to maintain consistency and control waste Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to comply with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, stock control, and daily kitchen operations to support efficient workflow Follow food safety, hygiene, and SFA requirements to ensure compliance Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery Support senior chefs in menu preparation and kitchen duties as needed Required competencies and certifications Prior experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role to perform core cooking tasks independently Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices to maintain a safe food environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment to meet service demands Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn to contribute to team success Vaelynn Talent Pte Ltd · Licence No. 25C3079 Recruitment services provided in accordance with MOM regulations.
