Project Manager

Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Supervise site activities to maintain workflow efficiency and adherence to project specifications. Manage procurement processes to source materials and services cost-effectively and on schedule. Maintain accurate documentation and organize files to support project tracking and compliance. Oversee worker management and welfare to promote a safe, productive, and motivated workforce. Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards and client requirements are met. Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment. Support management in business operations related to construction projects to enhance overall project success. Assist with cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring to optimize project expenditures. Execute additional duties assigned by the Director or Management to support company operations.
