Technical Delivery Project Manager (Ict System Integration)

Job Summary Lead and manage projects by controlling schedules, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer communications to drive project milestones and enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities Control overall project schedules and proactively manage risks to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes Manage operations service level agreements (SLA), daily project activities, and departmental coordination to maintain smooth workflows Facilitate communication and collaboration with R&D center, office teams, large project groups, and director’s office to align project goals Engage with customers at multiple levels to establish shared milestones, optimize resource allocation, and jointly promote project progress Monitor and address any project delays to minimize impact on delivery timelines Develop and finalize on-site customer plans, including testing, acceptance, migration, and documentation in collaboration with SC and engineering managers Evaluate project team member suggestions and allocate project rewards based on performance and contributions Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Proven experience in project management with strong coordination and communication skills in relavant sector Proficiency in project operations workflows and tools such as Jira Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work effectively under pressure Demonstrates professional integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
