Check Out Our Brands: levoit.com | cosori.com | etekcity.com| pawsync.com Your Role: Take charge of user operations for th e VeSyn c Group official APP – plan user acquisition campaigns, and boost user engagement and product awareness through content creation and daily interactions. Collect and organize user feedback on a preliminary basis, assist in community management, and help maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere. Regularly collate and analyze user behavior data, produce basic reports, and provide visual insights and actionable recommendations to support operational strategy. Participate in the full cycle of online campaign planning, execution, and review, while supporting other key operational projects within the department to gain hands-on experience across the board Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives Ideal Candidate: Min Degree in marketing or equivalent studies Able to develop the application marketing strategies with minimal guidance Able to adapt to cross-cultural collaboration with international teams from both the East (China) and the West (US, EU). Core Competencies: User-Centric Mindset : Genuine interest in internet products and user behavior, with strong empathy and communication skills Content Savvy : Good sense of online trends, familiar with major social media platforms, and capable of basic written or visual content creation. Data Awareness : Not intimidated by data – equipped with fundamental data processing and analytical thinking, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Execution & Accountability : Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and takes ownership of results. Good to have A power user or enthusiast of smart hardware/tech products Prior experience in user operations, content operations, social media management, community management, or related areas Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, PS) or simple video editing. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen, China for 2 – 3 weeks
