The company specialises in workflow automation, loan processing support, finance operations, marketing services and the management of offshore operational teams to improve efficiency and scalability. Position Executive Director Salary: S$10,500 – S$12,000 per month Role Summary The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. The role oversees business development, client relationships, operational excellence, technology and automation initiatives, financial performance and the management of offshore teams, while driving the company's regional expansion. Key Responsibilities · Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the company's operations in Singapore. · Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships across financial services, e-commerce and industrial sectors. · Oversee service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and high client satisfaction. · Design, implement and continuously improve workflow automation, AI-enabled processes and technology solutions to enhance productivity. · Manage and optimise off shore operational teams, including performance, resource planning and process improvements. · Lead financial planning, budgeting and operational reporting to ensure sustainable business growth. · Identify M&A, partnership and regional expansion opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy. · Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver scalable business process solutions. · Develop internal policies, governance frameworks and performance KPIs. · Represent the company in negotiations with clients, partners and key stakeholders. Job Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline. · At least 10 years of experience in business operations, commercial strategy, business development or executive management. · Proven experience scaling businesses, managing cross-functional teams and leading offshore operations. · Strong background in workflow automation, operational improvement and technology implementation. · Experience in financial services, e-commerce or business process outsourcing will be highly advantageous. · Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management and leadership skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives and clients. · Demonstrated experience managing international operations and cross-border business expansion.
