Company Overview The client specializes in process and industrial plant engineering design and consultancy services, along with building construction activities in Singapore. Job Summary Lead and coordinate daily construction operations to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery while enforcing safety standards and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to align with project plans and specifications Lead on-site construction teams to complete work on schedule and within budget Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines to foster a safe working environment Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues promptly Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid driving license to support site mobility Hold a Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course certification to ensure compliance with safety regulations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction supervision Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night and day shifts
