About the role We are looking for a hands-on IT Network / Infrastructure Executive to support and strengthen our IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and end-user systems in Singapore — while working closely with our Beijing headquarters on a daily basis to align IT operations and support cross-border technical coordination. This role sits within Watchdata's Singapore. Reporting Line: Director of IT · Region covered: Singapore, India, Indonesia and Europe Key Responsibilities: IT SUPPORT (ONSITE and ONLINE) Provide end users with IT support including email, user access rights, telephone system, 365 Office, Authenticator Handle office printers, projecters, equipments. Desktop Monitor service maintanence, PABX troubleshooting, Laptop set up Setup for Company online screening with other subsidiaries during Anniversary Assist in IT component for Onboarding and Off Boarding In charge of Access Card Security Problem solving in daily tasks Maintain Server room neatness and condition of IT equipments INFRASTRUCTURE & SYSTEMS Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, terminals, data centre, and meeting room facilities; ensure continuous and stable operations Administer and optimise application systems: AD/DHCP/DNS, email, FTP/SFTP, antivirus, log, backup, and virtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper-V / KVM) NETWORK MANAGEMENT Plan, deploy, and maintain the company's overall network architecture — firewalls, switches, routers, VPN (SSL/IPSec), and wireless systems — ensuring stable LAN/WAN operations Experience with Firewall like Juniper, Fortigate, SD-WAN, SWITCH, WIFI and PABX system Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents promptly; establish fault prevention mechanisms and emergency response procedures. Manage data centre operations including access control, environment monitoring, equipment management, and routine inspection Systems Manage server and Domain environment, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge in NAS, Anti-Virus, ALICLOUD, SFTP, SVN Perform backup, OS patching and regular maintenance of systems CHINA HQ LIAISON & GROUP IT COORDINATION Liaise with the Beijing IT team on a daily basis to align on technical operations, cross-border connectivity, and IT project implementation Vendor management and Others Manage and ensure timely renewal of IT outsourced services and maintain IT Asset Inventory Deliver IT security awareness training; monitor and review security policy compliance across the organisation Support in annual budgeting in every December. Ad hoc project assigned Skillsets and knowledge requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT / Networking or related field . Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH) are an advantage. Minimum 2 years in IT Systems Administration, preferably with Network Support experience. Technical Skills: Windows / Linux Server (Ubuntu), Windows workstations, Shell scripting, IT monitoring systems. Hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, or Juniper devices (IPSec,FW, VPN, Switch, SSLVPN,Router). Solid knowledge of LAN/ SD-WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and network security. Basic vulnerability and penetration analysis capability. Experience: Network management: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Office 365 : 2 years (Required) Server management: 2 years (Required) You should be expected to: be able to work independently proactive Good Problem Solving skills Good communication and people skills to liaise with people at different levels. Bilingual in order to liaise with with other subsidiaries and Chinese-speaking counterparts in China. Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm.
