Business Analyst (Public Sector)

1-year contract, renewable Government project Hybrid work arrangement RESPONSIBILITY Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights. Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size. Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies. Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement. Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics. Analyse results post- release to identify areas of improvement. Analyse the impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of resource requirements. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. End to end experience working with product team to build products. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines. Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
