Project Manager - IT Procurement (Public Sector)

1-year contract, renewable Government project Hybrid work arrangement Responsibility Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes. Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements) Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management Requirement Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project, including procurement planning, sourcing and evaluation Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minute taking Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks to closure Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal stakeholders Preferably familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines
