Warehouse Assistant (Day Shift Only) - West - Wcdt

Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes. Prepare and update daily reports. Conduct daily inventory cycle counts. Coordinate with drivers for urgent deliveries. Arrange red rush deliveries when required. Handle ad-hoc collections for urgent requests from engineers or call management. Process manual releases upon HPE approval. Manage EXPO orders during system maintenance periods. Verify stock availability through the Easitool website. Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum N-Level qualification. Able to read and respond to emails in English. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy parts.
