Job Description • Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely execution. • Track and update delivery progress to ensure smooth logistics operations. • Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. • Prepare and manage documentation for inbound and outbound warehouse operations. • Communicate and coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal teams on logistics activities. • Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant logistics documents as required. • Monitor shipment status and follow up to resolve any delivery or operational issues. • Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and logistics teams. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
