Chemical Engineer (West) [Sl]

Lead production operations in the plant, including production planning, troubleshooting, and quality control. Supervise and evaluate production team performance, discipline, and attendance. Monitor production schedules, productivity, and KPI achievement to meet targets. Coordinate continuous improvement activities and corrective actions with engineering and maintenance teams. Ensure operators are properly trained and comply with work instructions and safety standards. Monitor raw material usage, machine performance, and basic maintenance activities. Maintain production records, housekeeping, and 5S practices on the production floor. Prepare monthly KPI reports, skills matrix updates, and capacity planning data. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent qualification. 2 years relevant experience in chemical process development, reaction engineering, or materials processing.
