HVAC Sales Engineer - Wcan

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new project opportunities through customer engagement and requirement analysis Generate new business leads through networking, site visits, outreach activities, and cold calling Promote company products and solutions to increase market awareness and build a strong sales pipeline Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support continued engagement and customer satisfaction Support execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive consistent growth Prepare proposals and participate in negotiations to secure contracts and business opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely project delivery Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order intake, and key business indicators Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline 2–3 years of relevant sales experience Candidates with HVAC service engineering or similar technical backgrounds who are open to transitioning into a sales role are encouraged to apply Hardworking, positive attitude, and strong self-driven mindset We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
