Outbound Logistics Supervisor (East / Am Shift) [El]

Work days including weekend & PH Supervise daily operations to ensure customer expectations are met and performance metrics are achieved or surpassed. Work closely with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers to manage delivery orders and returns efficiently. Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve warehouse-related issues. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency. Plan and oversee daily deliveries to the shopfloor. Train team members on outbound procedures following company guidelines. Uphold a clean, well-organized, and efficient warehouse environment adhering to 5S standards.
