BIM Engineer – Signage & Spatial Communication Systems [El]

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of high-LOD (300–400) BIM models for signage systems Build and manage intelligent Revit families and BIM standards libraries Ensure clash-free coordination across multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks Embed structured technical data into BIM models for fabrication and operations Generate construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs Oversee BIM compliance with ISO 19650 and Singapore BCA standards Maintain accurate as-built models for project handover Support automation and process improvement using Dynamo Requirements Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or BIM-related discipline Minimum 3–5+ years BIM experience in complex building projects Strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks Manage Experience in signage, wayfinding, façade, or metal detailing highly preferred Strong understanding of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows Dynamo or scripting skills advantageous Strong communication and technical coordination skills We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
