Responding to customer inquiries and providing details on airfreight services, pricing, schedules, and documentation requirements. Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate the efficient and timely handling of airfreight shipments. Assisting customers with booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking cargo in transit. Addressing and resolving customer concerns, disputes, and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs procedures. Promptly updating event milestones to maintain accurate shipment tracking. Maintaining precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details. Working closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
