BIM Specialist – Architectural Signage & Coordination [El]

Responsibilities Develop detailed BIM models for signage systems in Revit Create and manage parametric families and BIM libraries Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues Produce drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs Maintain BIM data standards aligned with ISO 19650 and BCA requirements Support model updates for as-built and handover documentation Assist in automation workflows using Dynamo (if applicable) Requirements 3–5 years BIM/Revit experience Strong Revit and Navisworks skills Experience in signage, wayfinding, or interior/metal detailing preferred Knowledge of BIM coordination processes Dynamo/Python knowledge is a plus Detail-oriented and good team communicator We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
