Order Processing Executive (West / Gasket & Sealing) [El]

Support the Sales team in managing customer orders from quotation to delivery Ensure accurate order entry and documentation in SAP / internal systems Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead time and shipment arrangement Prepare Proforma Invoice and ensure pricing follows agreed contract terms Coordinate internally with Finance, Operations and Production for timely fulfilment Maintain accurate product codes, part numbers and documentation in IMS Support sample coordination and customer requests Assist in preparing credit note documentation when required Provide timely updates to Sales team and customers on order progress We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
