About this role
Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging Japanese language lessons for young learners in an early childhood setting. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes participation and language development. Incorporate a variety of teaching methods, including songs, storytelling, games, and visual resources, to enhance learning experiences. Monitor and maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support students' learning and development. Communicate student progress and learning observations to parents or guardians when required. Identify learning needs and recommend appropriate support or interventions where necessary. Requirements Relevant experience teaching Japanese language to children, preferably in an early childhood or preschool environment. Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate instructional practices. Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners. Ability to commit to the required work schedule on a long-term basis.
