Technical Superintendent [Gas/Lng/Lpg] - Wcan

Responsibilities: Manage daily technical operations of assigned vessels in compliance with company and industry standards. Plan and oversee vessel repairs, maintenance, dry dockings, and conversions within budget. Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions to optimize operations. Ensure compliance with environmental, class, and statutory regulations and documentation requirements. Coordinate surveys, inspections, certifications, and regulatory approvals with relevant authorities. Conduct regular vessel visits, prepare inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare operational and management reports for internal review. Monitor and control vessel operating budgets and related financial reports. Support training and development of crew members and office staff. Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities. Qualifications Possess a Marine Engineer Class 1 Certificate with relevant sea-going experience. 4-6 years of relevant tanker experience, including experience as Chief Engineer. Strong team player with a hardworking and proactive attitude. Good organizational, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
