Preschool Principal - Aop [El]

Responsibilities: Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators. Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development. Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents. Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements: Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) , Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) , Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) , or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA . Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing preschool centres , including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance. Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills . Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
