Assistant Sales Manager - Wcan

Responsibilities: Develop and expand the company’s presence across APAC markets. Present, promote, and drive sales of brand licensing, partnership, and commercial solutions to existing and prospective clients. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and achieve business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans across APAC markets. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates and market insights to management. Support, coach, and guide junior team members where required. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development. Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for client communication. Willing to travel overseas for business needs.
