Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Treasury Operations - VP

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Treasury Operations - VP, to join the International Operations Team in our Singapore Branch. In this role, you will: Responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial loan closings, including the preparation, review, and execution of all related documentation for facilities and transactions. Oversees the accurate onboarding and funding of deals into core accounting and operational systems. Performs detailed reviews of collateral documentation, legal agreements, and credit approvals to ensure all executed terms are correctly captured and aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies. Supports daily treasury operations with a strong focus on processing and managing SWIFT messages. Manages funding activities related to procure-to-pay (P2P) and payroll, while providing operational support across treasury functions. Additionally, contributes to supply chain finance activities and participates in internal initiatives and projects aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent along with experience in handling SWIFT messages, Payment processing and Treasury Operations. 7 + years of experience in Lending, Payments Processing and Treasury Operations.
