Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Overview: Join our warehouse operations team to coordinate inventory, shipments, and daily logistics activities while ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory activities. Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktaking, and timely system updates using WMS/ERP. Ensure shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports are accurate and completed on time. Support warehouse safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and process optimisation. Assist in achieving operational KPIs while providing guidance and support to warehouse team members. Job Requirements Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required. Location: East Please include the following information in your resume.
