Accounts & Finance Manager

Overview: Join our Finance team to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across operations. Responsibilities: Support full spectrum of accounting functions, including review of payments, claims, and management reports. Liaise with auditors and tax agents; assist in audit, tax schedules, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with Business Units to support budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking. Assist in preparation of Board/management presentation materials and business surveys. Support system improvements, automation initiatives, and Power BI reporting. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and financial controls. Perform ad-hoc finance duties as assigned. Maximise the productivity and ensure timely and effective delivery of financial information for effective decision making. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance. 6 years of relevant accounting experience with management experiences preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/Power BI exposure is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Working location: EAST!
