About this role

Job Summary: Join our team to deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth daily transport operations. Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering professional and responsive customer service. Handle enquiries, provide timely updates, and work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly by coordinating with internal teams and following up effectively. Coordinate communications during service disruptions or emergencies, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. Maintain accurate customer records, service reports, and CRM data. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to resolve issues professionally. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRM is an advantage. Well-organised, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of transportation or school transport operations will be an added advantage. Working location: North! Please include the following information in your resume.
