Job Summary Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales project assistance by analyzing customer requirements, developing solution plans, and coordinating version delivery to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements to formulate effective pre-sales technical solutions and prepare bids Conduct pre-sales project proof of concept (POC) and assess feasibility workload to support sales efforts Deliver pre-sales customer presentations and provide expert solution consultations Communicate repeatedly with customers to clarify needs and document detailed requirements Develop version output plans aligned with project progress and research and development capacity Track and manage the version delivery process to ensure timely completion Assist sales teams in completing secondary sales tasks to support business growth Provide daily technical support for post-sales projects to ensure customer satisfaction Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Software, Marketing, or related fields Two or more years of experience in market analysis, pre-sales solutions, testing, and delivery work Background in Telecommunications, Internet, Computer Science, Software, IT, Finance, Retail, Transportation, Security, or related industries Ability to independently organize and participate in client communications and business interviews to identify business issues and requirements Skilled in designing consulting solutions based on comprehensive understanding of client needs
